Our dedicated composites facility combined with years of experience, means we can deliver excellent customer service and manufacture the highest quality tools and components.

We are able to cater for one-off components through to multiple production runs including molds and tools. On site we also have the added benefit of fabrication and CNC machining capabilities meaning we can offer a key-turn service.


Our facilities include x2 autoclaves (3.6m x 1.8m and 3.0m x 1.2m), curing oven (5.0m x 3.0m), conveyorised kit cutting machine with nesting software and digital scanner, large temperature controlled clean room, dedicated trimming and fitting rooms and a large walk-in freezer for raw material storage.
